One in Seven Billion

7,043,898,704* people are currently living…

This assortment of voices has established the desire to be heard, to have individual thoughts and hopes, and to do what none have done before—in essence to be one of a kind.
But think of it this way… with all of those voices yammering away, isn’t it possible to become lost within the crowd? Your opinion slowly reflects another’s rather than being your own because is easier to be part of the “group” than one in seven million.  Though your voice has been modified into a perfect mold, your voice is still there to be heard.

How is my voice and this blog different than anyone else?  It’s not.  But rather than pegging my voice as one thing or another, instead think of my voice as this—I’m trying to bring already existing ideas up to the surface for the common eye to see.  Though we all speaking at once, perhaps this one voice in seven billion can help to educate and eliminate reoccurring issues so that my generation and those to come can create some change rather than sticking with the same odd routine.

To leave you with some thoughts a video created by Karl Fisch (a former teacher of mine) and Scott McLeod called "Shift Happens" hopefully this will bring some new idea for you to mull over.

And please leave your own thoughts about these posts.  But use nice words --please!
